How I Hold It Together

This spot illustration group is a collection of images of "How I Hold It Together." Six ways I take care of my mental and physical health: exercising, sleeping, taking care of my plants, reading books, listening to music, and maintaining my hairstyles. All of these are activities I do regularly- they make me happy!

Most of these activities seem to be self-explanatory, but I will comment on one; I will keep using a dongle to adapt my old wired earbuds to my phone until it falls apart. And then I'll replace it- like I have done once already. That is one thing I use to hold myself together that may never change. I've always enjoyed that part of listening to music.

There are more activities that I did not include here, but I can't possibly document everything I've done to hold myself together. I grew up with many hobbies, and that did not go away as I aged.
