I'm Abigail Faulkner, a working illustrator and designer based in Atlanta, Georgia. I'm passionate about creating beautiful scenes and dramatic moments in illustration.

As far back as I can remember, I was an artist. Creative is something I've always been. Many of my old childhood drawings still hang in family and friends' houses. I used to like to gift portraits of themselves to them, especially when they least expected it. There was so much happiness for me to find in their surprise, and gratification in knowing I could create something other people could love too. This lifelong joy I've discovered has never changed. I still love to create art and stories that both myself and others love.

 

Being creative enough to adapt and grow from obstacles is important to me. I'm always on a path for change, whether it's personal or creative. Solving problems, especially creative ones, is what I strive to be best at. What made me happy as a kid, making someone else happy, is still important now! 

 

I'm open to professional illustration and design work and commissions.​ I am proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, and in other professional collaboration tools like Slack, Figma, and the Office Suite.
